Description

This deep blue canvas is rope dyed in rich indigo to achieve this unreal shade of blue. The fabric brought in from Okayama, Japan initially is more purplish than blue. The color rubs off a lot when crafting that our hands turn full blue from start to finish. We send this piece for a simple wash to get rid of excess indigo so your hands, shirts and skin remains indigo free through wear. Fade enthusiasts need not worry, this jacket will also fade and evolve to a more traditional blue color through continuous wear and wash. Initially we recommend not wearing this over a white T-shirt or shirt until the color has fully settled. Our Easy Jacket in indigo canvas is a medium weight, tightly woven piece feathering 3 exterior pockets, cut in a straight boxy silhouette, very suitable for casual wear. Cleanly constructed and designed featuring a hidden placket, exposing only the top button. Available now in 4 complete sizes.
